Frequently Asked Questions

Q

How does MeetingMaker work?

A

MeetingMaker allows users to show up at the meeting location, tell the app they’re present, input a few details and – simply attend! The app then creates an uneditable record that can be reported to anyone.

Q

Is MeetingMaker just for courts, treatment and other clients, or can I subscribe myself?

A

The answer is:  BOTH!  MeetingMaker is available to clients and direct users alike.  MeetingMaker allows users to own their own recovery outcomes, and be accountable to their own recovery goals.  Tracking progress is a recovery game-changer, whether requested by an outside entity or simply as a self-help tool.

Q

Is the information secure?

A

Absolutely.  Reliably.  Information is anonymized and encrypted in transit, utilizing AWS, state-of-the-art security protocols which entirely avoid internet intervention, with 99.99% guaranteed uptime.

Q

How long can meeting attendance be tracked?

A

MeetingMaker knows that people need to record their attendance beyond court and other programs, for other reasons – including simple personal accountability.  Users can switch from client-based to user-based subscriptions and use MeetingMaker indefinitely.

Q

Does MeetingMaker require an internet connection to work?

A

MeetingMaker has a robust offline-to-online feature, allowing users to record attendance at meetings where no connectivity is present.  When the phone reaches connectivity again, MeetingMaker creates the record immediately.

Q

Can MeetingMaker record virtual meetings?

A

Yes!  All meetings can be recorded in the app and reported to anyone – whether in-person or virtual, online or offline – even time-based commitments (such as Community Service obligations).
